Winemaking
Oddbird Low Intervention Red #1 is the first of a series of limited wines produced from unique wine areas. It is called 'low intervention' because the wines are produced by families that approach viticulture and winemaking in the most natural way. The wines are certified organic viticulture, hand harvested grapes, using spontaneous fermentation and no additives.

Produced at Contrà Soarda, located in Bassano del Grappa, Veneto, Italy. Volcanic soil, constant sun exposure, temperature fluctuations between day and night, create the perfect condition for growing grapes that express strong quality and character.
