750 ml, De-Alcoholized Rose Wine
Our Non-Alcoholic Frosé
1 bottle (750 ml) Loxton Moscato
1/2 cup (105 g) sugar
2 cups of (270 g) sliced strawberries
1 cup (250 ml) water
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
In a glass dish of plastic container, whisk together the wine and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or until completely frozen.
In a blender, purée the strawberries, water and lemon juice until smooth. Add the frozen wine and process until smooth and slushy. Serve immediately in wine or martini glasses.
